Meditation 101

  1. Sit or lie comfortably.
  2. Close your eyes.
  3. Breath naturally, and focus attention on the breath.  Clear your thoughts.
  4. Bring attention back to the breath if your mind wanders.
  5. Start with two or three minutes, and work up to 10 or 15 minutes.
